Carmen, bless her, was a Caucasian appearing girl raised in the
segregated South (New Orleans) in the 1950s and 60s. Therefore, the
majority (but not all) of the angels she drew were pink flesh colored
and a lot of blonds. Once she took flack online because her woman angels
were too buxom, so Carmen's 21st Century angels evolved to small
breasted women, most of whom we still very white.
I have found a fairly easy way to convert white angels into angels of
color. What do you think?
I think every child should see angels which look like them.
